Rhino Cardio Club

The Cardio/Walk/Run club is a simple but effective way to optimize your health by training in 30 day intervals.  By training in 30 day intervals you can plan your cardio/walk/run around your specificphysical condition, weather, goals,  and or personal schedule.  By training in a group you are more likely to keep training and have more fun.  The Cardio/Walk/Run club is designed for everyone:  from the
